Have you ever had a fever that just wont go? The only thing that will cure it is more Cowbell. Like other coffees, Cowbell puts it’s pants on one leg at a time, but when its pants are on, it makes a platinum label cup of coffee!
Like all our beans, this blend is also seasonal. Currently we have a lovely big bodied Indian bean, nutty Brasialian, and a little Rwandan just to keep things sweet. For now we have decided to offer Cowbell exclusively in Pods. Our Pods are compostable and will break down into the soil in 26 weeks.
We chose to stick cowbell into a pod because pods are for everyone. Cowbell is easy going and smooth enough in the pod to be an everyday, all day coffee. We got to have more cowbell.

Our seasonal projects use fresh crops of specialty grade beans and may be a blend or single bean depending on the season’s produce.
Espresso:
Creamy, Smooth, Full mouth feel, nice citric acidity.
Milk:
Sweet creamy and milk chocolate and great body
