Another fantastic natural processed coffee Colombian coffee from the El Puente milling station, Region: Pitalito, Huila Altitude: 1.550 – 1.980 m.a.s.l. Varieties: Castillo –Caturra – Colombia – Bourbon.  We are talking bright juicy flavours, more stewed fruit than an old age home and a body that even the cartels cannot dispose of.

Our seasonal projects use fresh crops of specialty grade beans and may be a blend or single bean depending on the season’s produce.

Flavour notes

Espresso:

Stone fruits,  Hellava Juicy, Cane Sugar.

Milk:

Super sweet in the milk, full bodied, caramel.

Recipes

We suggest a 1:2 ratio (20 gm ground beans per 40 extracted liquid) and a 28 to 30 second extraction.
