For any Afrikaans speaker, Green Rooibos will seem to be a contradiction in terms. However, it’s not. This is green, and it is rooibos. Which means it’s rooibos that has not been oxidised. Confusing, but tasty. Although similar to the oxidised version, it’s lighter, and more refreshing, making peach a natural partner for this tea. Add a zing of ginger and you have the best of summer crammed into a teapot. It’s caffeine free, but still fun. Great hot or over ice.
