Have you ever had a fever that just wont go? The only thing that will cure it is more Cowbell. Like other coffees, Cowbell puts it’s pants on one leg at a time, but when its pants are on, it makes a platinum label cup of coffee!

Like all our beans, this blend is also seasonal. Currently we have a lovely big bodied Indian bean, nutty Brasilian, and a little Rwandan just to keep things sweet.

Our seasonal projects use fresh crops of specialty grade beans and may be a blend or single bean depending on the season’s produce.

Espresso:

Balanced, Mild, Medium Body with light acidity.

Milk:

Milk chocolate, biscuity, mild, very smooth and easy going.

Recipes

We suggest a 1:2 ratio, (20 gm for 40gm espresso).
