Recipes

Tasting Recipe:

  • suggested 2 gm sifted, with 30 ml water 60 to 80 deg C for comparative tasting. Try different temp levels, but dont exceed 80c

Usucha Recipe:

  • Matcha: ~2g 
  • Water: 60–80ml at 75–80°C
Koicha (Thick Tea) Recipe
  • Matcha: ~4g
  • Water: 30–40ml at 75–80°C
