SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and delivered within 2–4 business days of receipt of order to major areas. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays
Orders in outlying areas, or outside of the main cities may take longer depending on the region. Although we try to ensure delivery within these times, factors effecting the couriers may cause unforeseen delays ( road issues, riots etc).
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated on checkout. Orders over the stipulated threshold will be shipped for free.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Upon order completion, you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number from our courier partner.
International Shipping Policy
We do not currently ship internet orders outside of South Africa. However, if you are interested in bulk purchases, or international distribution, please contact us on info@doubleshot.co.za
Damages
If your order is damaged, please immediately take a photo of the damage, and have the courier countersign to acknowledge the issue on the delivery notes. Kindly email the proofs to us and we will rectify it.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible at info@doubleshot.co.za
We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
